"Question of Origin"

"Then answered them the Pharisees, Are ye also deceived?" (John 7:47 KJV)

"If it seems we are crazy, it is to bring glory to God. And if we are in our right minds, it is for your benefit. Either way, Christ's love controls us. Since we believe that Christ died for all, we also believe that we all have died to our old life. He died for everyone so that those who receive his new life will no longer live for themselves. Instead, they live for Christ, who died and was raised for them. So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know him now!" (2 Corinthians 5:13-16 NLT)

"We know our God!" If you really want to know, it's not a question of whether or not someone has told us something that we have believed; or even that we have witnessed some sort of sign or miracle that changed our minds: God lives in us, and we have been made into one of His children, because we are made alive in God!

Ya, I know, it might seem complicated and hard to explain, but in reality, it is really quite simple. Once we were dead, living human beings waiting to die; but now we are alive, living vessels waiting to be home, in heaven, where we now belong! Life takes on a whole new meaning, because this world is no longer our dwelling place, but is rather a temporary place of ministry and adventure.

Where did we get this transformation? Was it from reading the Bible? Was it from listening to a message or a sermon? Were we pushed by someone else, into following something we knew nothing about? I know, maybe we were just desperate for an answer, and just bought into whatever came first? It was none of the above!

You must believe that Jesus is the Origin of life! The Father calls us to His Son, the Holy Spirit makes the door to be opened, Jesus enters, and creates a new life! If you have another version of how the transformation takes place, so be it; as long as you understand the Origin of your new life is Christ, it will suffice.

Therefore, it is not ever a question of whether or not we are deceived! If someone can talk you into something, then someone else can talk you out of it! We have no doubt that He is really who He is; our doubts are only in ourselves, as, if we are who we really think that we are!

Don't be deceived by your failures and your doubts! The most important thing for us to do, is to keep looking at Jesus! Keep your eyes on Him, believe on what He did for you, that He holds onto you, no matter what, because the greatest tool the devil has is discouragement...

"Anyone who denies the Son doesn't have the Father, either. But anyone who acknowledges the Son has the Father also. So you must remain faithful to what you have been taught from the beginning. If you do, you will remain in fellowship with the Son and with the Father. And in this fellowship we enjoy the eternal life he promised us." (1 Juhn 2:23-25 NLT)
