"Division and Unbelief"

"When the crowds heard him say these this, some of them declared, "Surely this man is the Prophet we've been expecting." Others said, "He is the Messiah." Still others said, "But he can't be! Will the Messiah come from Galilee? For the Scriptures clearly state that the Messiah will be born of the royal line of David, in Bethlehem, the village where King David was born." So the crowd was divided about him. Some even wanted him arrested, but no one laid a hand on him.

When the Temple guards returned without having arrested Jesus, the leading priests and Pharisees demanded, "Why didn't you bring him in?"

"We have never heard anyone speak like this!" the guards responded.

"Have you been led astray, too?" the Pharisees mocked. "Is there a single one of us rulers or Pharisees who believe in him? This foolish crowd follows him, but they are ignorant of the law, God's curse is on them!"

Then Nicodemus, the leader who had met with Jesus earlier, spoke up. "Is it legal to convict a man before he is given a hearing?" he asked.

They replied, "Are you from Galilee, too? Search the Scriptures and see for yourself - no prophet ever comes from Galilee!"" (John 7:40-52 NLT)

"Once we, too, were foolish and disobedient. We were misled and became slaves to many lusts and pleasures. Our lives were full of evil and envy, and we hated each other. But - "When God our Savior revealed his kindness and love, he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit. He generously poured out the Spirit upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior. Because of his grace he declared us righteous and gave us confidence that we will inherit eternal life." This is a trustworthy saying, and I want you to insist on these teachings so that all who trust in God will devote themselves to doing good. These teachings are good and beneficial for everyone." (Titus 3:3-8 NLT)

So, this is most surely the time to prepare for the Lord to come, if you are looking for some signs of His coming! That is not a reason to stop everything and sit down and wait; but it is a time to look up and realize that there is no time to waste; because, we need to be about our Father's business!

In the case of when the bride of Christ is taken, there is absolutely no chance that it could be during or after the Tribulation. Jesus clearing said, "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." (Matthew 24:36) Therefore, the sequence of events shown in and during the Tribulation will reveal the Second Coming; of Christ's coming to the earth, with Him actually stepping His feet upon the earth' surface; but the Rapture will take place without anyone seeing Him!

We will meet the Lord in the air, as we shall be taken up with Him. Snatched up, in an instant, and without any warning, whatsoever...

"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words." (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 KJV)
