"He's Always Working"

"Then came the officers to the chief priests and Pharisees and they said unto them, Why have ye not brought him?" (John 7:45 KJV)

"So on October 2 the wall was finished - just fifty-two days after we had begun. When our enemies and the surrounding nations heard about it, they were frightened and humiliated. They realized this work had been done with the help of our God." (Nehemiah 6:15-16 NLT)

Anywho, how are you doing? Hope you are paying attention to what is going on; as it seems, there are many people who are just caring and focused upon their own lives, not really paying that much attention to this stuff happening, just about everywhere on this earth.

""When the Som of Man returns, it will be like it was in Noah's day. In those days before the flood, the people were enjoying banquets and parties and weddings right up to the time Noah entered his boat. People didn't realize what was going to happen until the flood came and swept them all away. That is the way it will be when the Son of Man comes."" (Matthew 24:37-39 NLT)

Seriously: It's not a matter of if He comes, but when He comes! We just need to be ready!

So, on the plot to capture Jesus, as it were, there was no way that these Temple guards were going to touch Him, unless it was His time to be apprehended! That is just a fact! I don't even think they knew what really happened, except that they were somehow caught off guard, and pretty much forgot what they were sent out to do.

I was reminded of Esther, and how the tables had turned on Haman; the Bible says, "So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king's wrath pacified." (Esther 7:10 KJV) God's ways are not our ways! We see things from a whole different perspective than that of God's. He sees the whole picture, not only the broad point of view, as in the whole earth, but entire picture, far off into the future!

That is why we must learn and commit ourselves to trusting Him, no matter what things might appear to be, our view of what is going on around us, even in our own personal lives, is just a glimpse of the mighty work that God is getting done...

"That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day. For our present troubles are small and won't last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don't look at the troubles we can see now; rather we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever." (2 Corinthians 4:16-18 NLT)
