"Trasplanted Vine"

"Thou hast brought a vine out of Egypt: thou hast cast out the heathen, and planted it." (Psalms 80:8) Having seen what restoration looks like; having tasted what pure love feels like, I can honestly say that there is no other place I can see myself then where I am at, where God has me right now. That does not mean I have nowhere else to be, I am talking about security in Christ. This is the place where you know that whatever happens or whatever the world puts upon you, you absolutely know you are where you are safe and secure. It really does not matter where you go or what you might go through, when you are abiding in Christ, you are always in Christ, period! Dare I say this, but even when you are in the wilderness, or even if you have wondered back into Egypt, you still are in Christ! There is something buried with me that I can never dig out; it's not something that I planted, so it's not something that I can dig out. I hope you understand what I am saying, because there are so many people, well intended people at that, who would try to minimize the power of restoration through the blood of Jesus Christ. There is something that takes place in heaven the moment you give your life to the Lord, and that's where it's planted for all eternity. Somehow, what I have that is buried deep within me, is somehow connected to that which is in heaven; and one day the two will be united, in heaven; it's not a twin, and it's not my spirit, it's the Church! A glorious church is being built that is going to blow our minds; so much so, that no matter what you thought it would be, it will far more glorious that you could ever imagine. That's what I feel God speaking this morning, that we have already been planted in heaven; it's not a question about if I will make it to the other side, because Christ has already secured me there...
"All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ. Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure. So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his Son. He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins. He has showered his kindness on us, along with all wisdom and understanding. God has now revealed to us his mysterious plan regarding Christ, a plan to fulfill his own good pleasure. And this is the plan: At the right time he will bring everything together under the authority of Christ -everything in heaven and on earth. Furthermore, because we are united in Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan." (Ephesians 1:3-11) NLT
