"Tip of the Spear"

"For who knoweth what is good for man in this life, all the days of his life which he spendeth as a shadow? for who can tell a man what shall be after him under the sun?" (Ecclesiastes 6:12 KJV)

""But instead, as mountains fall and crumble and as rocks fall from a cliff, as water wears away the stones and floods wash away the soil, so you destroy people's hope. You always overpower them, and they pass from the scene. You disfigure them in death and send them away. They never know if their children grow up in honor or sink to insignificance. They suffer painfully; their life is full of trouble."" (Job 14:18-22 NLT)

From our perspective, things may not always appear to be all that great; especially when it comes to the times when we face family issues or troubles. The weird day I feel, is mostly based upon the report of the father of the shooter being arrested as this is the second time in a row that the parents are being held for the actions of their children.

Not to be alarmed, but I am pretty sure that part of the blame should be on the public school system; as the schools feel that they have more rights raising the children, than do the parents. If you don't think that is so, you should probably look it up and see for yourself. Anywho, it isn't that hard to pin the blame on the parents; especially when they don't pay much attention to their children as they should.

As it was, Job was a man that had a pretty busy life; most likely he didn't have the free time to perfectly raise his children; which was probably why he offered sacrifices for them, as if they needed it, just in case they hadn't offered any or enough for themselves. (Job 1:5)

After praying about this, I wondered why God might not have blamed Adam for Cain killing his brother; but then again, since when are the parents charged for the sins of their children...

""Parents must not be put to death for the sins of their children, nor children for the sins of their parents. Those deserving to die must be put to death for their own crimes."" (Deuteronomy 24:16 NLT)
