"God's Anointed"

 "Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?" (John 10:34 KJV)

  ""Give justice to the poor and the orphan; uphold the rights of the oppressed and the destitute. Rescue the poor and helpless; deliver them from the grasp of evil people. But these oppressors know nothing: they are so ignorant! They wander about in darkness, while the whole world is shaken to the core. I say, 'You are gods; you are all children of the Most High. But you will die like mere mortals and fall like every other ruler.'"" (Psalm 82:3-7 NLT)

 Have you ever wondered why God has the right to judge everyone, whether they believe in Him or not? If you get the chance to share with someone that might think God doesn't have a right to judge them, as if their sins are their own business, then there is something that needs to be made known to them about where their life comes from and why God is their God, whether they like it or not! 

 Strange as it might sound, but even those that might oppose God and are even in the category of the wicked, they too can also be labeled as God's anointed, if they are doing His will, no matter how bad the things that they do appear to be. For God rules over everything! He does not allow anything to happen that does anything to hinder His will and purposes, because He is GOD! 

 Maybe the devil does not even understand that; but I sort of think that he does, he just doesn't care. He knows what his fate will be, but he is determined to take as many souls with him as he can. "Misery loves company," as my mom always said...
