"Passing Over"

"Neither do they which go by say: The blessing of the LORD be upon you: we bless you in the name of the LORD." (Psalms 129:8)

If there is one thing that is really starting to get me seriously concerned about this Country, it is the people that are Lawmakers are encouraging Lawbreakers; where does that leave the Law Enforcers? If you don't know what I am talking about, it's okay, because even though I love this crazy Country, I love the hope to be in Heaven more! I get the point of what is being said, because when those that hate Israel are encouraged they become emboldened, and when they become emboldened; well let's just say they feel blessed by what they stand for, and they are even more encouraged by it. It is hard to imagine being a part of the crowd that was yelling, "Crucify Him!", but those that were caught up in the excitement and the atmosphere, most likely were just that, caught up in moment. Isn't that the majority of the mindset in any movement? The majority don't even want to use any self-control or even think about any truth, it's all about how it feels; If it feels good, do it! There is even a quote from one of the main characters, saying something like, "The accuracy of what I am saying doesn't really matter, if my heart is in the right place." Really! Since when does truth not matter? Basically, that is the point of what is being said here, that we don't give it a pass! If they are wrong and against that which is good, we don't bless them anyways for their effort to be evil. Crazy as this might appear, the crowd that cried out, "Crucify Him!", was actually partaking in God's will; as evil as it was for them to condemn an innocent man, a man that did nothing but good for others, they were doing exactly what the Father had planned. And if that wasn't something extraordinary, the One on the cross was also allowing it to happen to Himself! He could have done anything that He wanted to save Himself, but He remained silent and humble, taking the blame upon Himself. Amazing how that all played out. The King of the Jews, the Representation of Israel on a cross, for all to mock and curse; while in His own heart He was saying what they refused to say for Him...

"For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. Whosoever transgresseth and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God-speed: for he that biddeth him God-speed is partaker in his evil deeds." (2 John:7-11)
