"Undone!"

"For here have we continuing city, but we seek one to come." (Hebrews 13:14 KJV)

"But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior. He will take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like his own, using the same power with which he will bring everything under his control." (Philippians 3:20-21 NLT)

Okay then, having thought this through, with a very sincere heart, there is really nothing I can do to undo what has been done. It is just the way things are in the world; you create something that is, shall we say, a mess, and we pay the price for it, one way or another! This is the complete and tragic lesson we must be aware of, here in this broken world in which we live. Because it has been broken, we too are broken along with it; at least that is the case for us, as long as we are here!

The Good News, is, none of that really matters! Like that racer in the 60's movie, who breaks off his rearview mirror, and says, "What's behind me is of no concern!" or something to that effect! The whole point to the title, "Undone," is that all of our sins and things we have done that were wrong, they have been UNDONE! Jesus has washed them all away, and forever more that which was, is no more; we will be as white as snow, nothing to see here, that was part of all that went on in this broken world...

"Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone. And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, "Look, God's home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever."" (Revelation 21:1-4 NLT)
