"A Very Special Place" -To

"A garden inclosed is my sister, my spouse; a spring shut up, a fountain sealed." (S.O.S. 4:12)

As the world turns, is the image that came into my mind; not that old Soap, but the actual planet that is spinning round and round, like a merry-go-round. I really don't think we realize how fast this ball is actually moving, but that might be because it is traveling at the same time in a very strange pattern around the Sun. Almost as if it were a giant, gigantic, oversize molecule resembling an Atom, with the Sun as the nucleus; the center of all that sustains this very complex little solar system.

Anywho; I hope to see everyone that I have ever had the chance to meet, in heaven. That is what this merry-go-round journey is all about! We seriously have no idea the amount of people we connect to; none whatsoever! Some that we meet are so limited in contact, we hardly ever get a chance to show them the real side of who we are; and I am talking about the fleshly side, the side that is a little dark and does not reflect the Son! I know, it is pretty crude and seems a little bit judgmental; but if we are not shinning the Light of Jesus Christ, we are usually not the saint, but the sinner; thus, the reason for the metaphor above.

The Lord seriously works in some very mysterious ways; the likes of which we will only fully realize once we are all united together as one in heaven. As the Gardener that He is, God has made something that is well fortified and free from contamination; free from insects and weeds, or any other thing that can tear down or destroy the fruits of His labor. In the midst of the beautiful garden, there is a spring, a fountain; none other than the Living Water!

Say what you will, but when you share the Word, it does not stop there; it is alive, a life all to Itself! The Word goes forth and does whatsoever God has intended for it to do; where it ends up, is right back to where it came from, the mouth of God! I think we forget that little fact, because we are so use to reading the Word, speaking the Word, and hearing the Word, we sometimes forget how much power that the Word yields: the Sword of the Spirit, cutting into the human heart, and turning hearts of stone, into hearts of flesh!

Peter shows us what this place looks like and how important that it is, as he gives us a glimpse of a fortified vault: "To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time." (1 Peter 1:4-5) To be frank, we are in Christ Jesus; there is no stronger place to be...

"For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:38-39)
