"The Repeat" -2

"The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good." (Psalms 53:1) Just so you know, I for one do not believe that Hebrews 6 is talking about it being impossible for someone to repent and continue in their salvation, because salvation is a one time thing, which is what I believe that Hebrews 6 is saying; once you are saved, you have been given eternal life in Christ Jesus, which are two very forever things that can never be taken away. The big question that needs to be asked (as I have said several times in the past), is, Have you ever been saved? It's really not all that complicated to understand; nor does it require tons of research to discover the answer; the answer is inside of your heart: if you live for evil, then you have your answer. 2 Corinthians 5:12 plainly says, that any one who is in Christ is a new creature, which actually means that it is impossible to live for evil because you are now of God, as verse 13 explains. Therefore the "fool" spoken of in this repeated Psalm, must be referring to the wicked or the ungodly, which are those that do not possess salvation; and if they do not have it now, then they never really ever had it to begin with, plain and simple. That said, there is still hope for the "fool"; as long as the "fool" still has breath, the "fool" still has the opportunity to be saved. Anyone that has truly been grafted into the family of God, knows the truth about God and how precious salvation really is; anyone that has not, really does not know the salvation of the Lord; therefore, it's just a matter of you truly getting grafted into the family; once your in, your in! When you look at the parable of the sower, the good seed was the one that is planted in Jesus, who is the only one who can change a man's heart, and a changed heart becomes the good soil that brings fourth good fruit (Matthew 13:3-8). There is only one way that anyone can do "good", and that is if they are no longer "corrupt" and filled with "iniquity"; otherwise all of the good that anyone can do, is no good to God and is only for the benefit of this earth; meaning that this earth will appreciate all the good that you have done, but it won't get you into heaven. The only way to get into heaven is to have a changed heart, which is a heart where Jesus dwells within; and the really good news for anyone that does not have Jesus in their heart, is that He does not only knock once... "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me." (Revelation 3:20)
