"Young Man"

"If you don't know, O most beautiful woman, follow the trail of my flock, and graze your young goats by the shepherd's tents. You are as exciting, my darling, as a mare among Pharaoh's stallions. How lovely are your cheeks; your earrings set them afire! How lovely is your neck, enhanced by a string of jewels. We will make for you earrings of gold and beads of silver." (S.O.S. 1:8-11 NLT)

As mentioned earlier, it is my belief that Solomon not only wrote this song, but that he wrote it towards the end of his life; most likely to show, not only God's unconditional love for us, but to show that God's love for us is unchanging. On the contrary, it is our love that puts forth conditions and changes, as we are constantly dealing with emotions and feelings; something that is not even part of the real meaning of what love is all about.
Emotions and feeling are a product that love creates, they are not what make love; just the opposite is true, because love, real love, does not get challenged by the things it creates. Neither can that which God creates make it's Creator change, in any way, shape, or form! God clearly says in His Word, "I am the LORD, and I do not change. That is why you descendants of Jacob are not already destroyed." (Malachi 3:6 NLT)
It is totally fine if you have a different opinion, as the level of belief does not reach the level of doctrine and what counts towards our foundation of salvation. But neither does the belief in when the rapture will take place, before, during, or after the tribulation; it only takes into the consideration of God's judgement, the power of the cross, and a little glimmer of hope: (nothing really to see here, so you might as well just stay at home!)
I am really sorry if I might bore you, but the whole point of God's love, it is nothing that we need to shy away from; on the contrary, we must pursue it, with everything that is in us! If you not feeling it, it is because of you and your heart, it is not because God is not loving you; He never stops loving you, ever! How can a heart grow weary that already knows in advance what you are going to do? It just does not make any sense to assume He has changed His mind, because His mind is made up; it has always been made up: since the beginning of time, He already knew you...

"So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God's Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, "Abba, Father." For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God's children. And since we are God's children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God's glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering." (Romans 8:15-17) NLT
