"And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day." (John 6:39 KJV)
"For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself." (Philippians 3:20-21 KJV)
There is something very strange that is happening in the world, as if there is a dark force moving across the entire globe, one nation at a time, is being subdued. As crazy as it might sound, there are around 150,000,000 more people across the world that have been driven into poverty since this pandemic first began. Now, because of massive lock downs and vaccine mandates, many more will be added to the list of those that are impoverished.
In case you might not understand that word, "impoverished," it means to be made poor; to be deprived of strength or vitality. Basically, it is the beginning of creating a lifestyle that is dependent upon someone else to provide for all of your needs and all of the life choices. Oddly enough, I am not all that worried about it, as much as I hate to see it taking place; it is what God allows, and it is for His glory in the end, regardless of the evilness that might be portrayed in it.
Enough of that: Let's talk about Jesus! Because Jesus is the Creator of everything, He is also the One who will restore everything back into perfection and under His mighty rule. Amen to that! We can see this in the instance of the Lamb, as if it had been slain, portrayed in Revelation 5:6; as it is only He who is worthy to open and read the book, which many believe is the deed to all of creation; or at least to all of the earth.
Because this world will soon be made new, there is really no harm that is being done to God's plans. Truth be told, there is absolutely nothing that anyone or anything can do to disturb what God has intended to happen; because it is His mighty plan to scrap it all and make it all brand new...
"But beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long-suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all theses things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless, we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness." (2 Peter 3:8-13 KJV)
