"Organic Structure" -2

"For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it." (Hebrews 4:2 KJV)

"Dear brothers and sisters, we can't help but thank God for you, because your faith is flourishing and your love for one another is growing. We proudly tell other churches about your endurance and faithfulness in all the persecutions and hardships you are suffering. And God will use this persecution to show his justice and to make you worthy of his Kingdom, for which you are suffering. In his justice he will pay back those who persecute you. And God will provide rest for you who are being persecuted and also for us when the Lord Jesus appears from heaven. He will come with his mighty angels, in flaming fire, bringing judgment on those who don't know God and on those who refuse to obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus." (2 Thessalonians 1:3-8 NLT)

You must see the reason that this, strange title, "Organic Structure," has more to do about flexibility and the ability to be stationary, both at the same time. We are grounded upon the Rock, made to be stable and unmovable; yet, at the same time, tossed, pulled, and torn in many different directions.

There is something to this suffering that makes us more structured, especially when we accept it and know that it is something the Lord had to go through also! Whether we live through it or don't, the main thing we must focus upon, is the fact that we will be with the Lord in Heaven! No matter what, He has a place for you and me, and this we must never forget, no matter what we might be dealing with here on this earth.

Therefore, God's Word is never to be forgotten or challenged by anything going on in our lives; we must always remember that and never doubt that what He said isn't true! The Bible is undeniably true, no matter who might say otherwise; this we must believe with all of our hearts. It is not just a book of fables and stories, as some might say: It is the Living Word of God!

We might have to go through all sorts of different situations, watching each other suffer through dealing with cancer, the loss of a child, or something that devastates our living conditions; but God is always in control, He never abandons us, and no matter what, we will make to the other side...

"We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies." (2 Corinthians 4:8-10 NLT)
