But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom." (Hebrews 1:8 KJV)
"But it was the LORD'S good plan to crush him and cause him grief. Yet when his life is made an offering for sin, he will have many descendants. He will enjoy a long life, and the LORD'S good plan will prosper in his hands. When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish, he will be satisfied. And because of his experience, my righteous servant will make it possible for many to be counted righteous, for he will bear all their sins. I will give him the honors of a victorious soldier, because he exposed himself to death. He was counted among the rebels. He bore the sins of many and interceded for rebels." (Isaiah 53:10-12 NLT)
I know this sounds like I am repeating myself, but the simple fact is that we all need to be saved! As far as the "Kingdom," spoken of, it is used as the reference of authority, not as an actual kingdom; basically, it means: "of the royal power of Jesus as the triumphant Messiah." It was what He accomplished on that cross which established for all of us to be made free from sin; and we are those who make up His glorious Kingdom!
As much as I would like to minister to those who are trapped in that world of deception, I know it isn't easy to do, 'The Kingdom Hall,' as it were, is much like the Ark that Noah built, if you aren't on it, you are doomed for destruction, so they are told. When we were disfellowshipped, for whatever reason, we would always have to move and find another place to be accepted. I am pretty sure that wouldn't work in this day and age, now that everything is tracked by computers; you don't get to move into a new fellowship without being known.
This is what Isaiah was shown, "he will have many descendants," is you and me; we are His because He paid for us with His blood! He exposed Himself to death, in order to give us eternal life; and He could only do that by becoming human, to be able to suffer death! Why someone cannot get that, it causes me to wonder what is stopping them from seeing the facts!
What was Jesus doing on that second day, the day after He was crucified, before He rose from that tomb? He was in that place called Paradise, preaching and sharing to all those who were waiting to be saved; some of them were waiting a very long time, like from the very beginning...
"Christ suffered for our sins once for all time. He never sinned, but he died for sinners to bring you safely home to God. He suffered physical death, but he was raised to life in the Spirit. So he went and preached to the spirits in prison - those who disobeyed God long ago when God waited patiently while Noah was building his boat. Only eight people were saved from drowning in that terrible flood. And that water is a picture of baptism, which now save you, not by removing dirt from your body, but as a response to God from a clean conscience. It is effective because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Now Christ has gone to heaven. He is seated in the place of honor next to God, and all the angels and authorities and powers accept his authority." (1 Peter 3:18-22 NLT)
