"The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land;" (S.O.S. 2:12)
The harder we look for the answers to the problems, it seems the harder they are to find; that is because the answer is never going to be found in the problem, it is never going to be found with human understanding, and it is never going to be found in worldly solutions. This is something that is only found in God, which for the powers to be, is not the option that they are looking for; as a matter of fact, it is the option they don't even consider to be an option.
Say what you will, but we are more and more feeling like we are outnumbered and left out of the conversation. Right or wrong is no longer a thing that is discussed, the choice has moved to the left or the right; something that is driving a wedge between us, but is not even close to the topic that can bring us together. If it is based upon the topics of this world, it is based upon the cares of this world; and this world is not going to provide the answers, ever!
One of the points that Jesus made about love, was that every single law or standard was hung on those two most important commands: Love God, and love one another! (Matthew 22:40) If you had to think of something to express this in a visible illustration, the parable Jesus used as the Jewish leaders had sought to lay hands upon Him, might fit that picture: "The Wedding Banquet." This parable in found in Matthew 22: 1-14, as well as in Luke 14:15-24; and it is shown to be the picture of how important it is that we dress in the wedding garments; garments that are provided freely for us to wear; provided freely by the Host of the Banquet!
If you are looking for something that is prophetic to speak of this, Isaiah 55 is a pretty good source to show how this works. The love required for these garments cannot be found here on this earth, because this earth cannot contain it, does not contain it; and if we try to make it all about here, it is not real love...
"Owe nothing to anyone -except for your obligation to love one another. If you love your neighbor, you will fulfill the requirements of God's law. For the commandments say, "You must not commit adultery. You must not murder. You must not steal. You must not covet." These -and other such commandments -are summed up in this one commandment: "Love your neighbor as yourself." Love does no wrong to others, so love fulfills the requirements of God's law. This is all the more urgent, for you know how late it is; time is running out. Wake up, for our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed." (Romans 13:8-11) NLT
