"I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work." (Ecclesiastes 3:17 KJV)
"But it was the LORD'S good plan to crush him and cause him grief. Yet when his life was made an offering for sin, he will have many descendants. He will enjoy a long life, and the LORD'S good plan will prosper in his hands. When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish, he will be satisfied. And because of his experience, my righteous servant will make it possible for many to be counted righteous." (Isaiah 53:10-12 NLT)
Before I got saved, I really didn't understand the Gospel Message. I knew that Jesus came here and died upon the cross, but I wasn't quite sure about the resurrection; and really didn't understand why He had to be crucified, except that it was some sort of way for us to find favor with God. Most of the Good News about Christ was taken out of the picture, mostly because I was taught that we still needed to work for our salvation; the death of Christ was just ransom to pull from Satan's grip.
I know, it is totally twisted and away from the Truth, because it is all about control and holding people to need the organization. If you don't know what I am talking about, don't worry about it, it really doesn't count towards your lack of understanding. As a matter of fact, if you spend too much time studying the false teachings, you might get contaminated by them; it is best to just stick to the Bible, but make sure it is the right one that declares that Jesus is God!
What we are looking at today, is the "There," which is what was lift off from the verse yesterday, which ended with "there". You hopefully know by now that time was created for this world; and that God, the Creator of heaven and earth, does not exist in time, but time is here, in the, "There," which is created by God; and which has a beginning and an end.
In that instance God has used time, (which He created,) to judge and control the earth. Time is not going to be a part of our life in Heaven! So if you are concerned about what you will do for all eternity, don't worry about it, because time will not matter! Other than that, that's all I know about that...
"Don't you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can't you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin? But because you are stubborn and refuse to turn from your sin, you are storing up terrible punishment for yourself. For a day of anger is coming, when God's righteous judgment will be revealed. He will judge everyone according to what they have done. He will give eternal life to those who keep on doing good, seeking after the glory and honor and immortality that God offers. But he will pour out his anger and wrath on those who live for themselves, who refuse to obey the truth and instead live lives of wickedness." (Romans 2:4-8 NLT)
