"Where There is Life There is Hope!"

"For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion." (Ecclesiastes 9:4 KJV)

"I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength to do his work. He considered me trustworthy and appointed me to serve him, even though I used to blaspheme the name of Christ. In my insolence, I persecuted his people. But God had mercy on me because I did it in ignorance and unbelief. Oh, how generous and gracious our Lord was! He filled me with the faith and love that come from Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 1:12-14 NLT)

The other night Pastor Bryan shared a little bit about a king of Judah, one that I have shared about too, maybe within the last few months. This king was the worst king that Judah had ever had; he was also the longest reigning king, having been seated on the throne at the age of twelve, he reigned for 55 years.

As the story goes, he was a very wicked king; murdering people, having Isaiah sawn in half, while being inside of a log, establishing all sorts of wicked and cultic things, such as the zodiac, and other evil practices against God; things that are still being put to use as of today. But, with all of that wickedness, he still ended up finding grace with God!

The whole reason I bring this up, is that we should never give up on praying for someone, hoping for a loved one to be restored, healed, saved, or give their whole life to Jesus; as long as they are still alive, there is hope...

"For "Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved."" (Romans 10:13 NLT)
