"Philip cometh and telleth Andrew: and again Andrew and Philip tell Jesus." (John 12:22 KJV)
"One day some parents brought their children to Jesus so he could touch and bless them. But the disciples scolded the parents for bothering him. When Jesus saw what was happening, he was angry with his disciples. He said to them, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children. I tell you the truth, anyone who doesn't receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it."" (Mark 10:13-15 NLT)
When you come to a place where you don't know what to do, then you must look for another door to open, and knock! Do not give up and think that there are no more doors, because Jesus is the door, but you must be in the right place for Him to open it up to you!
Don't ask me where that came from, because it is right there; you just need to change your perspective in order to see it. Besides that, if we somehow think that we have all the answers, then we will not get any answers; if we feel as though we don't need to have any help, then we will not get any help! We must be totally dependent on God, if we want to depend on God; at least that is what it means to be like a child, to be dependent upon Him, as if your life depended on it!
Whatever it takes, takes being obedient to whatever He says you should do; even if it seems as if it is too hard and cannot be done, we do our best to do it. The story about the giant rock that God wanted you to move; even though you couldn't actually get it done, all of your effort to do it made you stronger. Now it is time to admit, no matter how stronger you might get, you will always need God's help!
Sometimes we just need to keep on knocking! Knock and knock until your knuckles hurt and your heart begins to break for what breaks His...
"A single day in your courts is better than a thousand anywhere else! I would rather be a gatekeeper in the house of my God than live the good life in the homes of the wicked. For the LORD God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The LORD will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right. O LORD of Heaven's Armies, what joy for those who trust in you." (Psalm 84:10-12 NLT)
