"He sent divers sort of flies among them, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them." (Psalms 78:45) If you believe in the God of the Bible, and if you believe the Bible is the word of that God, then you have got to believe that God can do anything anytime anywhere; it doesn't even need to make sense, as long as God does it, it has got to have a good reason for being done. Additionally, if God is doing something by way of nature, He has every right to do so, sense it is all His to begin with. As a matter of fact, every single thing that was ever made, the same God who hung on that cross did make! You would be surprised by how many people either do not know that, or if they do, don't really believe it is absolutely true. They say things like, "How could Jesus have created all things, he was created himself?" If you are talking about the Jesus that came and hung on the cross, you might be right about one single point of your statement, His flesh was created to die so that we might live; other than that, He was, and is, and always will be, Creator God! So get past the questions and start believing! Besides, what came first, the flies or the frogs...
"First, Christ said, "You did not want animal sacrifices or sin offerings or burnt offerings or other offerings for sin, nor were you pleased with them" (though they are required by the law of Moses). Then he said, "Look, I have come to do your will." He cancels the first covenant in order to put the second into effect. For God's will was for us to be made holy by the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all time. Under the old covenant, the priest stands and ministers before the altar day after day, offering the same sacrifices again and again, which can never take away sins. But our High Priest offered himself to God as a single sacrifice for sins, good for all time. Then he sat down in the place of honor at God's right hand. There he waits until his enemies are humbled and made a footstool under his feet. For by one offering he forever made perfect those who are being made holy." (Hebrews 10:8-14) NLT
