"And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me." (John 12:45 KJV)
"You see, we don't go around preaching about ourselves. We preach that Jesus Christ is Lord, and we ourselves are your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who said, "Let there be light in the darkness," has made this light shine in our hearts so we could know the glory of God that is seen in the face of Jesus Christ." (2 Corinthians 4:5-6 NLT)
This sight, that I am going to share about, is not the sight through the eyes, as if we have the eyes to see perfectly; this is about the eyes of the heart, that allow us to believe and trust in God, no matter what our seeing eyes might see! Basically, we are fooled so many times by what we see, because real faith is not based upon that which is seen, but upon that which is going to take place, because God has said it is so.
I know that God is going to heal my wife! This much I know that she will be made whole, perfectly whole, that it is going to happen, because God has said that it will happen. We will all be transformed, from these corruptible bodies to new glorious bodies, that will be able to live forever and ever! So, these few years that we have here, no matter how difficult or painful they might be, are just a blink compared to the eternity we will experience, with the Lord!
If that is what you believe, then you have perfect sight! Plain and simple, your able to see past all of this, and can believe that what the Lord has promised is what is to come...
"And we know that the Son of God is come, and that he has given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life." (1 John 5:20 KJV)
