"Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;" (Psalms 149:6)
If we could, then we should, because the Lord never has told us it would be easy; but it is, if we are doing everything in Him! I have written between these two verses, 6 & 7, the words, "Praise/ Pray/ God's Word." I know that it is not easy to see how God is going to work certain things out, but it is easy enough to understand how He works. Yesterday I heard someone say, "The Truth is always the Truth, Always!" If you want to Truth, then read your Bible, because there is nothing else that compares to or competes against God's Word! This is about the Living Word of God, because not only is His Word alive, but it is still as powerful and meaningful as it was thousands of years ago; it never changes nor grows old, ever! I know that it might appear a little different, as many people are no longer carrying Bibles around; and I feel that is a topic for another day; but whatever form it might manifest in, the Truth never changes, it remains the Truth. The easiest way to say this, is that we are simply the messenger; that's it, and nothing needs to be said beyond what is being said: Just speak the Truth, and let the Truth speak for Itself. People either except it or reject it, but we are called to simply speak it out, and then we let God do what He does best: He changes their hearts! Don't you realize that for yourself? I know I do for me; because before He changed my heart, I was lost; no matter how many times I read the Bible, even the simplest messages did nothing, no mater how slow I might have read them. You know how that works, because if you slow down your words to someone that does not speak your language, it only makes words they don't understand slower, it does not change their interpretation of your words; it just appears more foolish. God does the work in us, and then His Word comes alive to us; just like that, all of the sudden, everything makes sense and has meaning! So, it is not up to us to explain or interpret God's Word to people, because just as it was for a man that actually knew the Word well, he still could not see It clearly and with power...
"There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: the same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." (John 3:1-3)
